Fence was recently put up by Ben and his crew. Not only was everyone extremely friendly, helpful and professional, but they are also masters of their craft. They all worked through quite difficult terrain to raise this fence, and the finished product is something to be proud of. My experience with Ben and his crew (Michael) was excellent. I am sorry my review has been delayed. Ben is professional, knowledgeable, hard working and honest. He provides the service he says he will do while being flexible to our needs. At our first meeting Ben and Michael arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. I explained to them what type of fencing we need. Ben proceeded to tell us how their business works and what services they can provide. I told Ben that we were flexible on our install date, and then we scheduled our installation. As the date got closer, Ben gave me a weekly update on the actual date for install due rain delays on other jobs. Ben and Michael installed our fence as promised, the way we discussed, during the hottest days of North Georgia summer. On one occasion during the installation, I received a text from Ben saying that they were held up by a traffic crash on the highway. Ben sent me a photo of the crash scene. They arrived only 10 minutes after their promised time that day. This showed me how conscientious he is. How refreshing it is that a company answers their calls (or returns them), arrives when they say the will, deliver the product with quality that they promised and don’t try to gouge you on the price or 🐂💩 you. The price was right and the quality was way above average. I highly recommend this company and crew. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Ben Michael for a job well done. 👏 . They kept in contact through the whole process including what date installation would begin and updates throughout the installation process. I knew what was going on the entire time. There was some bad weather present, but they completed the fence in a very timely manner. When I move in the future I will definitely be contacting Fence Masters if I need another fence installed. Recently my privacy fence was blown down by a wind gust during a storm. I contacted Fence Masters and they were willing and ready to get the job of removing & replacing my old fence with a new one. They not only took down the remaining old fence; they also removed all the old cement from the grounds, packed up all the waste and hauled it off. The new fence came out beautifully. It was completed quickly, on schedule, and under the original quote given. I can’t express enough how appreciative I am for their hard work and fine craftsmanship. What a great experience! Ben and his brothers provided an excellent, quality fence product. Materials are top quality.  The extra time and effort they took to ensure perfection. Ben, from Fence Masters came to talk with me about fencing my yard for my furry, 4-legged friend.  He was congenial and very pleasant to talk with. A few weeks later chicken wire fencing and posts were removed, and my new fence was installed. It looks great!  I’ve even had neighbors stop, while I was in the yard working, to tell me how nice the fence looked.  I’m very pleased and recommend them highly. Their price for the job was right on with everyone else, they showed up and did the entire job in a couple days, and exactly on the day they said they would start the work. I needed a piece of fence for a seed drag so I thought I would call a local fence company to see if they might have any scrap pieces that I could buy to make a drag. I called Fence Masters and spoke to the owner Ben Flaws and he said that his scrap dumpster was just emptied the day before but he would call his dad and see if he had any scrap pieces that I could use. Ben is a 3rd generation fence installer and his dad also has a fence install business. He called me back a few minutes later and said that his dad had a piece that I could have. I told him I was happy to pay for it but he said I could just have it at no cost. A few days later I met up with Ben at his shop and he gave me a large piece of fence that will work perfect for my seed drag. I know what you are thinking, “what does this have to do with a review of a fence installer?” Well, I think it speaks volumes about a business owner’s character when they are willing to help the general public by giving away something they have every right to charge for. I met Ben to pick it up and he was a very nice and friendly young man who works hard at his business to make a living. We talked for some time about everything from business to trucks and one thing that Ben said to me that really stuck out in my mind is that he would rather under promise and over deliver than over promise and under deliver on the jobs he does for his customers. So, while I can not give a review yet on Fence Masters installing a fence for me I can speak to the character of the owner, Ben Flaws, and in my limited experience with Ben I can honestly say that If I do have need of a fence in the future I will hire Fence Masters to do the job and I will recommend them to friends. Ben seems to be a hard working and generous young man and in a world fueled by greed it was a breath of fresh air to have this young man just give me something that he had every right to charge me for. Ben and his helper were very professional, and his quote was lower than another companies quote that I got a few days later. I gave them a design to have the end segment of the 2 rail split rail fences angled down and they did it exactly as I requested. The fence is exactly as I imagined it and the posts were secured with concrete and all rails screwed in place. They even were able to fit us in before Christmas a I wanted. Fence Masters replaced a split rail fence along the public sides of our property, as well as a picket fence by our house. As you can see from the photos, they did an excellent job!
